Brad Kiley Managing Partner

The Team

  • After working through 50+ transactions on the banking and private side, Brad recognized the opportunity in the market for a debt capital markets engine that serves the best startups and highest reputation lenders to make debt raise processes as clear and efficient as possible. He’s engaged by venture firm CFOs when needing an expert reference, and directly by startups to optimize their capital structure with venture debt, equipment leasing, and structured finance solutions.

Brad has been in the venture debt space for 10+ years, deploying several hundred million in debt capital across bank and private credit/BDC platforms to leading venture backed companies. He was most recently a Director at TriplePoint Capital, and prior to this a Vice President at Comerica Bank’s Venture Capital Group.

Brad graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Quantitative Economics and is a CFA charterholder.
